SoCS Registration
To register for the SoCS 2014 in Prague, August 15 - 17, 2014 please complete on-line REGISTRATION FORM & HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!
The deadline for early registration is June 22, 2014 and the late registration deadline is July 30, 2014.

To give you better idea about prices in EUR and USD, we suggest using the Czech National Bank (at present time 1 EUR » 27,53 CZK, 1 USD » 20,36 CZK)
Regular registration fee includes an attendance at the conference, AAAI electronic proceedings, conference package, welcome drink, dinner on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, refreshments during breaks, and use of conference facilities.
Accompanying person fee include refreshments during breaks, welcome drink, dinner on Friday and Saturday, and assistance with individual cultural events requests. Attendance at the SoCS 2014 scientific program and sessions is not covered.

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering. If any difficulties in sending payment in Czech Crowns occur, please let us know to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee deducted of CZK 1500 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency not later than July 25, 2014. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
